The Southern California Library Cooperative (SCLC) and the California State Library invite California public libraries to join the EmPOWERing Access project. EmPOWERing Access provides support to Californians seeking access to information and educational opportunities. The project will purchase the following for libraries for use by their communities:
· Accessible privacy booths
· Charlie carts
· Book bikes for outreach
· Family workstations
· Light tables
· Sewing machines
