Our goal as an organization is to advocate for fair and equitable practices in the audio industry through training, mentorship, and resource sharing. This feels especially urgent right now, as many of us are continuing to navigate complex questions about the sustainability of careers in audio, radio, and journalism.
Through this survey, we’re inviting input from across the audio ecosystem – including independent creators, newsroom staff, and professionals working within supporting organizations. Your perspective will directly inform our advocacy priorities over the next 12 months.
