We use this survey form to collect information about your experience with the QLDTraffic website, so that we can make it even better and more user friendly in the future.

If you would like to tell us about traffic incidents and changed road conditions, or enquire about particular traffic alerts on the website, please call 13 19 40 and choose to speak to an operator after the list of traffic incidents.

The Department of Transport and Main Roads is seeking your feedback on our new QLDTraffic website: what works, what needs improvement, and what may be missing. Your feedback will help us shape the next generation of the traffic and travel information we provide to you. Personal information that is collected or provided will be managed in accordance with the Information Privacy Act 2009, and will not be disclosed to any third party outside TMR without your consent, unless required to do so by law.

Personal information will be collected using SurveyMonkey which is based in the United States of America (USA), and will be transferred to SurveyMonkey’s server in the USA. By providing your personal information, you agree to this transfer. SurveyMonkey’s Privacy Policy discloses how your data will be handled.
