The Maggie Beer Foundation is undertaking research into the meal delivery sector within Aged Care to explore how our current education program—originally developed for chefs and cooks in residential aged care—might be adapted for use in kitchens that deliver meals to older Australians. Through this work, we aim to gain a deeper understanding of the needs and challenges faced by these kitchens, and we invite professionals in the sector to contribute their knowledge and expertise.
