The ISTAT D&I (Diversity and Inclusion) Award

The ISTAT D&I Award aims to highlight and showcase ISTAT member companies, teams or individuals who are seen as “D&I Champions”; those who are positive role models, advocates, and allies in supporting D&I within the aviation industry. Rather than awarding a company’s D&I maturity level, this recognition focuses on specific projects with tangible impact in advancing D&I in their sphere of influence. Up to three nominations may be invited for an interview discussion with the committee after all nominations are submitted.

By applying for the ISTAT D&I Award, you will be able to:
1. Demonstrate commitment to advancing D&I in the industry;
2. Showcase internal and/or external strategies, talent, and progress;
3. Share with the ISTAT community how to continuously improve diversity efforts and results.
