Sheridan County Community Survey

The Sheridan County Community Foundation is leading a Countywide Strategic Planning Initiative in partnership with locally elected organizations (County Commission, City Councils, Hospital, Schools, etc.) to strengthen our communities for the future. This survey should take 8–10 minutes. Your input will help shape priorities, partnerships, and investments. All information is strictly confidential. Data collected is combined and summarized to remove individual details.

Survey participants will be entered into a random prize drawing upon completion. Winners will be selected after the survey period closes.
