Attendee Wait List for SPIPA Survivor & Caregiver Wellness Conference

Thank you for your interest in the 2026 SPIPA Cancer Survivorship & Caregiver Wellness Conference.

Registration is full, but we are accepting applications for our Conference attendee waitlist.

We will call people on the waitlist to confirm space availability on Friday, May 1, 2026.

Please provide us with the following information that will be helpful should we be able to accommodate additional attendees.

Accommodations at Quinault Beach Resort & Casino will be provided on May 12th, as well as dinner. Dinner will be served at 5:00 pm. Breakfast and lunch will be provided on May 13th. Breakfast will be served at 8:00 am, and lunch will be served at 12:00 pm. Please note, dinner will not be provided the evening of May 13th. Survivors are welcome to bring one guest. Please keep in mind lodging is limited, sharing a room with your guest is highly encouraged.

*Please note: the hotel will charge $25 per adult for more than 2 adults staying in a room together. SPIPA is not able to pay for these fees.
There will be two 45-minute cultural crafting activity sessions with several crafts to choose from. The activities will be held between 3:30 pm and 5:00 pm on Tuesday, May 12th. All activities are limited to 10 people per station, and spots will be first-come-first served. Please register for the activities at the registration table at the event.
