QAP Competition Entry and Chemistry Analysis Reimbursement Form

Funding from the Tennessee Wine and Grape Board provides for reimbursement for commercial lab analysis and entry fees for competitions, Wine Enthusiast and/or BIT Testing Institute for up to $3,000.00 (total annual reimbursement). Wines that pass standard laboratory analysis AND receive any medal at one of the named competitions will be eligible to display the Tennessee Quality Wine Assurance Program sticker on the vintage receiving recognition. A BTI Testing score of 85 points or better also qualifies for QAP. A Wine Enthusiast score of 80 points or better also qualifies for QAP.

IMPORTANT: You may submit for reimbursement prior to receiving your results. Once you do have your medals/points, then you send those to the following email address: (projectconsultant@tennesseewines.com) for QAP approval.

Wineries are also now allowed to self-certified laboratory test results.

This is a first come, first served program and funding is limited. Deadline to send any requests for calendar year 2025 is December 31st, 2025.

Malic acid content, pH (mg/100mls), Free SO2 (mg/L), Total SO2 (mg/L), TA (g/L), VA (g/100mls), Alcohol (%) & Residual Sugar (%)
