Aloha! Thank you for your interest in the Waiakea Peninsula Master Plan being prepared for the Hawai‘i Community Development Authority. The planning area includes all of the land on the makai (north) side of Kamehameha Avenue and Kalaniana‘ole Street from Lihiwai Street to Banyan Way, including Banyan Drive (see map below).

The master plan will guide the long-term redevelopment and revitalization of Waiākea Peninsula, and will be helpful to coordinate public and private funding of improvements over the next 20-30 years. We are in the early stages of planning, and want to know your thoughts about current conditions and how the master plan can best serve the community.
