The purpose of the Spring survey is to give staff a snapshot of you and your family's experiences at BFA so modifications can be made as needed over the coming months. The Board of Directors and Administration use results for evaluation. Your participation is very appreciated and contributes to the success of the school. Only one survey per family household will be accepted.

As an added bonus when you complete the survey you will be able to log in 2 HOURS of volunteer hours. PLUS you will have a chance to win a $30 school store voucher to purchase BFA apparel AND if the school hits 75% participation all classes will receive a dress of choice day.

Your oldest BFA child's Student Number is required (and can be found in the PIK MY KID APP) to validate your responses. However, the people viewing the survey responses do not have the ability to identify student numbers with family names.
