To self-nominate, please complete the information requested below. Please note that nominees must be current iaedp Foundation members, and only self-nominations will be accepted.

Secretary
Records and maintains accurate minutes of Board meetings and serves as a member of the Executive Committee. Time Commitment: Approximately 2 hours per month.

Treasurer
Works with the Chief Staff Executive and Finance Committee to provide Board-level oversight of the Foundation’s financial health, reporting, budgeting, and fiscal responsibilities. Serves as a member of the Executive Committee. Time Commitment: Approximately 2 hours per month.

Membership Member at Large
Provides a Board-level perspective on membership needs and supports initiatives focused on member engagement, value, growth, and retention. Works with the Membership Committee. Time Commitment: Approximately 2 hours per month.

U.S. Chapters Member at Large
Serves as a Board liaison to U.S. chapter leaders and supports chapter development, communication, and initiatives. Works with the US Chapter Leaders Committee and other US chapter-related projects as needed. Time Commitment: Approximately 5 hours per month.
