Welcome to the Gender Equity Works Employee Survey.
Thank you for taking the time to participate in this important research project exploring gender equity in Tasmania’s gender-segregated industries — specifically transport, energy and utilities, and the electrical (construction) sector.
This survey is part of the Gender Equity Works project, led by Unions Tasmania, and aims to better understand the lived experiences of women working in these industries. The research is being conducted by Dr Angela Martin and Dr Sarah Dawkins, Principal and Senior Consultants at Pracademia.
Your insights will help identify both the barriers and enablers to achieving greater gender equity in these industries. Participation is voluntary, and all responses are confidential. Results will only be presented in aggregate.
