*Room and tax for hotel accommodations at the Lord Elgin Hotel for the night of Friday, November 13th are arranged and covered by COFAS. All hotel cancellations to be processed through cofas@canorth.org.
If a lab participant does not show up for the course, they will be charged the full cost of the reserved hotel room plus administration fee.

** Stipend is offered to lab participants who booked air or train travel to participate in the lab. Local participants may submit parking receipts to: cofas@canorth.org for reimbursement. Completion of the lab course and all related evaluation forms is required in advance. All disbursements occur via etransfer after the event.
