The information provided by you will be used and held securely by Kinross-shire Trishaws and Community Cycling SCIO SCO53461 in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and Data Protection Act 2018. Your personal information will be processed for registering on the Positive Spin course and anonymised data for evaluation and reporting purposes. The information you provide will be shared with Mindspace.
KTCC and Mindspace will not discuss or disclose any information you provide without your explicit consent, except in exceptional circumstances. For example where there is significant welfare or safeguarding concerns. In such situations, we would ideally do this with your consent, but in situations where immediate action is required (to save a life for example), we may notify emergency services such as the Police or Paramedics.
