BPP Pediatric Educational Event Attestation 2024
I, (enter your name in the text box below), a Baptist Physician Partners' Physician Member, do hereby attest that I have completed one (1) BPP approved educational event annually, either webinar, recorded video, live lecture or participated in a Clinical Transformation Workgroup required by Baptist Physician Partners, LLC and Baptist Physician Partners, ACO, LLC.
Current pediatric specific events include: weekly UF Pediatric Grand Rounds; monthly Pediatric Trauma multidisciplinary meetings, Named Lectures including Turk, Miller, Lucy Gooding, Wilkinson; Bioethics Conference; Autism Symposium; Wolfson Children’s Hospital education events and Nemours Lectures. This will also include participation on the Clinical Transformation Workgroups.
