Through this new program, all social service agencies within North Carolina can place orders to receive FREE Comfort Cases® backpacks and Comfort XL Duffle Bags. This collaboration between Comfort Cases and Healthy Blue helps to ensure dignity and support for children served by the child welfare system. Each agency may order up to 50 Comfort Cases each month, which will include one Comfort XL inside. There will be NO COST to the agency for any of the items or the shipping.
