Dear Parents/Guardians,

This survey is being conducted to gather information about your experiences as the parent or guardian of a student enrolled in the Somerton School District.

All responses will remain confidential, and individual responses will not be identified. A summary of the results will be shared with each school and will be used to support the school’s continuous improvement process. Your responses will be used only for data collection and program improvement purposes.

Please keep the following in mind as you complete the survey:
  • Select answers based on your own perceptions and experiences.
  • Once all surveys have been collected, the data will be analyzed to determine what improvements or changes may be needed.
If you have any questions regarding this survey or the data collection process, please contact your school principal.
