The Middle School After-School Program Office is administering this survey for parents of middle school students. The Middle School After-School Program survey is designed to assess the impact of after-school programming on students and to drive improvements in program activities. This survey will take about five minutes to complete.
Your participation is voluntary. Individual responses will be kept confidential and responses will be summarized at the school and the division level and all responses are anonymous.
There are no risks to participation. Your feedback will benefit FCPS by helping to assess the impacts and make improvements in the Middle School After-School program at your child's school.
