Open to Community Groups, Sports Clubs and Schools
The Community Paint Grant Scheme is supported by Cork County Council and Cork City Council. It is delivered in partnership with Cycle Sense, IRD Duhallow Revamp and Northside Community Enterprises, who produce Relove Paint.
Community groups, sports clubs and schools wishing to paint an indoor area in their building can apply for up to 25litres of internal paint (small quantities of exterior paint may also be available in some social enterprises).
Relove Paint is a good quality, affordable paint produced by the three Cork based social enterprises using paint which they collect from local authority civic amenity sites. To date, the project has diverted over 30 tonnes of paint from incineration to reuse. Further information is available at www.relovepaint.ie.
Please note:
- Contact details entered below will be shared with your nearest Relove Paint Social Enterprise (Cycle Sense, IRD Duhallow Revamp and Northside Community Enterprises), who will be in touch about your application.
- You may not receive the full amount of paint that you applied for but additional 5lt buckets of paint can be purchased for €15 per 5lt bucket.
- The majority of paint is indoor water based paint.
