Introduction
The City of Los Angeles is currently developing a Long-Term Recovery Plan (LTRP) for Pacific Palisades that will guide recovery strategies, projects, and implementation in the short (1-2 years), medium (2-5 years), and long-term (5+ years). The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services (Cal OES) recommend that communities create a Long-Term Recovery Plan following a disaster to guide decision-making, incorporate community feedback, and better position the community for future funding opportunities.
As part of this effort, the City would like to hear from previous and existing Pacific Palisades residents, business owners, and employees. The survey will take approximately 10-15 minutes and consists of multiple choice and open-ended questions.
