Request for Proposals: 2026 OSRC 48th Annual Meeting Survey

Hosted by the Ohio Society for Respiratory Care: August 3-4, 2026 at the Hilton, Easton Town Center, Columbus, Ohio.

Instructions: Presenters must be willing/able to provide a live, in-person, 50-minute lecture on either August 3rd or 4th, 2026. All proposals submitted by the March 10th deadline will be reviewed by the Program Planning Committee for use in the presenter selection process. "You/Your" refers to the person filling out this form. "The Presenter" may be the same person filling out this form. Please make it clear if you are submitting a proposal for yourself or for someone else by answering the questions completely.
