Pasadena Unified School District - School Community Survey

Thank you for taking the time to share your experiences, perspectives, and hopes for Pasadena Unified School District (PUSD). RSSC is partnering with PUSD to support an equity-centered engagement process as part of the District’s Facilities Master Plan (FMP) update, which will help inform future facilities priorities, improvements, and investments in connection with Measures O and R.

This survey serves as a companion to the School Site Committee Workshop/Listening Sessions, which will be held at your campus between September 9 and September 25, 2026, with a small group of school community members who know the campus well and understand what students and families need to thrive. This survey provides an opportunity for students, families, staff, and community members to share additional input and help identify campus priorities through their lived experiences, observations, and aspirations for the future of PUSD schools and learning environments.

Between October 27, 2026, and March 2027, there will be on-site Conditions for Success Workshops and virtual meetings for each campus, providing additional opportunities to help shape the Facilities Master Plan (FMP) Update.

The first section of the survey is intended to help us better understand the backgrounds and perspectives of the school community. The second section focuses on student and school experiences, including what is working well, where challenges remain, and what community members believe should be prioritized moving forward.

Your responses are anonymous and completely optional. Your voice and perspective are important in helping shape learning environments that reflect equity, dignity, belonging, safety, and care for all students and families.

This survey should take approximately 5 minutes to complete.
