Please Help Understand Our Community's Needs Around Mental Health Services

The Wilmington Coalition for a Healthy Community and the Braidwood Area Healthy Community Coalition would appreciate your help in understanding the current situation for local residents who may need to access mental health services. The Coalitions will use this information, gathered from adults, to develop plans and proposals aimed at preventing and addressing mental health disorders. The survey is confidential and brief.
