Thank you for your interest in joining a Protocol Support Committee! All applicants must submit the following documents to be considered for membership:
- The completed application form,
- NIH bio sketch or CV,
- A brief cover letter stating which subcommittee(s) you are interested in and the reasons why you wish to join,
- A letter of support from the Institutional Corresponding Principal Investigator (PI) (or supporting physician) that includes support of your time, effort and travel to the Semi-Annual NRG Oncology Meetings.
- Recommend one year experience with NRG Oncology.
The deadline for submission of the application is Thursday, October 1, 2026, Midnight ET.The Protocol Support Committee (PSC) Core Members review the applications along with accrual rate, delinquency rate, and audit status of the institution with which the applicant is affiliated. These criteria, along with consideration for the representative make-up of the subcommittee in terms of geographic location and type of institution as well as NRG Oncology membership experience will be used to select members.
