The Municipality of North Perth is updating its Parks and Recreation Master Plan to ensure that our parks, trails, and recreation facilities, programs, and services continue to meet community needs. Your input is needed to help direct investment in these important community assets over the next 10 years.

The survey should take approximately 10 minutes to complete; it must be completed in one sitting.

By submitting a response to this survey, you agree to the following terms:
One submission per household is permitted. You are encouraged to include all members of your household when answering the questions.
Your answers are anonymous and none of your responses will be linked to you as an individual.
The information gathered through this survey will only be used to inform the Municipality of North Perth’s Parks and Recreation Master Plan.
Hard copy surveys are available at the North Perth Municipal Office (330 Wallace Avenue North, Listowel), municipal community centres, and at the North Perth Public Library Branches in Listowel, Atwood and Monkton. Completed hard copy surveys can be returned to the same location.
