WorkWell is a new service to help people with health problems. It can:

<li>Help people stay in work.</li>
<li>Help people go back to work if they have stopped.</li>
</ul>
 WorkWell is for people in the North East and North Cumbria who are registered with a GP. If you live in North East and North Cumbria, we'd like to hear your views. About this survey We want to know what you think about WorkWell...

<li>It takes about 15 minutes to fill in.</li>
<li>It is for people aged 18 and over.</li>
<li>Is open until 3rd November 2025.</li>
<li>Your answers are private. No one will know they are from you.</li>
<li>We will only use your answers to develop WorkWell.</li>
