Community Input on Future Use of Conservation Easement Land

The Town of Fraser recently received a court ruling confirming that certain land will be protected as a conservation easement.

While the specific boundaries and allowances of the conservation easement have not yet been determined, the conservation easement area will be generally located west of Highway 40 and east of Old Victory Road.

Conservation easements permanently limit development on the land while allowing for uses that are consistent with conservation purposes.

The Town is seeking community input to better understand public perspectives related to the future use, access, and management of this conservation easement area.

This survey is intended to gather general feedback and does not represent a decision or commitment regarding specific uses. All responses will be considered as part of a broader planning and review process. The specific boundaries and allowances of the conservation easement will be determined through negotiations with the property owner or as ruled by the district judge.
