Shorecrest Preparatory School Survey for Head of Upper School Search

Shorecrest Preparatory School has launched a search for a new Head of Upper School for July 1, 2026. The School has engaged Resource Group 175 (RG175), a consulting firm that specializes in US and International School leadership searches. RG175 is represented by consultant Adam Peichert.

The School and our consultant are interested in your thoughts about Shorecrest Preparatory School's strengths, as well as its opportunities for growth and change. Additionally, we are interested to know the professional and personal qualities you feel are important for the next Head of Upper School. Your timely and thoughtful responses to this survey will inform the search and provide valuable direction for recruiting the next Head of Upper School.
