This is the 15th annual GTA Employer Survey carried out by the Peel Halton Workforce Development Group. Thanks to the participation of employers like you, the survey attracts over 400 respondents. Your answers help inform policies and programs offered by governments, educators and trainers, and employment service providers.

This year’s survey focuses on mental health and wellness in the workplace, as well as workforce issues such as hybrid/remote work, the impact of technological change and the consequences of tariffs.
