Welcome to the Playgroup WA Member Impact Survey 2026! This survey will take approximately 5 minutes to complete and is an opportunity for you to have your say. The results will be used to enable Playgroup WA to better advocate for and support playgroups and families with young children.
All Playgroup WA members, volunteers (with and without children) and Playgroup WA supported/associate playgroup attendees are eligible to complete this survey and enter the survey competition to win prizes. Survey responses are de-identified and anonymous.
Competition to win prizes for you and your playgroup:
At the end of the survey, there will be an optional, separate entry form to enter a competition for the chance to win one of ten $50 Coles Myer gift cards.
This year, in addition to the 10 individual $50 gift card prizes up for grabs, there is an opportunity for your playgroup to win $1000 of toys and equipment (T&Cs apply). The three playgroups with the highest percentage of members to complete the survey will win the prize. If there are more than three with 100% of members completing the survey, these playgroups will all go in the draw and three playgroups will be selected randomly as the winners and contacted to determine suitable toys and equipment for their playgroup. This could include toys, technology, storage, signage, for example.
