The legacy of Power is built through action. We're committed to supporting students who are passionate about pursuing careers in construction. Our scholarship program reflects our dedication to promoting awareness and engagement in construction management at the high school level.

POWER SCHOLARS PROGRAM
This is an investment beyond the dollars. Through four yearly installments of the scholarship award, Power remains committed to supporting your personal, academic, and professional growth. The Power Scholars Program enhances the college experience by offering mentorship, alumni connections, industry networking, job search coaching, resume and interview prep, jobsite shadowing, annual renewal check-ins, and consideration for internships and full-time roles.
APPLICATION
If you're a high school senior actively pursuing education toward a career in construction, we want to support your journey and help set your career up for success. Power offers renewable scholarships to qualified students who meet the criteria below.
ELGIBILITY CRITERIA
Anticipated graduation from a Chicagoland area high school (Cook, DuPage, McHenry, Kane, Will, Lake, or Kendall County)
Intent to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related major
Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (or demonstrated academic improvement)
Must be enrolled in a collegiate program for the 2026-2027 academic year
Complete applications and all required documentation must be submitted by 11:59 PM on Friday, April 17, 2026. Incomplete or late applications will not be considered. All submitted information will be kept confidential and used solely for scholarship evaluation. Awards are paid directly to the university.
Interviews will be held in early May, with awards announced on May 15th.
