Welcome to the BIS Foundations Program!
Thank you for your interest in the adMare BIS Program, administered by CASTL.
The BIS program offers training that empowers early-career professionals with the fundamental knowledge and skills needed to succeed in the Canadian life sciences industry.
The BIS training cohort begins January 19th 2026.

- The program is eight (8) weeks of online learning with live sessions scheduled occasionally.
- If eligible for the enhancement option, you will have additional online components as well as three (3) days of in-person hands on training at one of our training facilities (Vancouver, Montreal or Charlottetown)
- Priority is given to applicants currently living in Canada
- Full-time students are not eligible at this time, consideration is given to part time students
Further details will be provided upon confirmation of your eligibility.
- Priority will be given to individuals living in Canada. Those applying from another country will be added to a waitlist.
The application form will take roughly ten minutes to complete.
