Point Breeze Avenue Redevelopment Plan
|
Point Breeze Avenue serves a diverse cross-section of South Philadelphia. As rapid change occurs on the Avenue and surrounding neighborhoods, the City of Philadelphia is preparing a strategic redevelopment plan for the Avenue’s commercial corridor. The project is being administered by the Department of Commerce in consultation with the Office of Councilmember Kenyatta Johnson.
This process will address issues, capitalize on opportunities, and identify strategies to improve the physical assets of the corridor, its economic conditions, and its redevelopment potential. It is the goal of the City to meet the evolving needs of this culturally and economically diverse and historic business and residential community.
By spending 10 to 15 minutes taking this Survey, you can give your input on the revitalization, transformation, and preservation of the Avenue to serve your neighborhood better. This survey is part of an ongoing and extensive outreach process to hear your input on the plan. Please provide your email at the end of the survey to learn more about ways to stay informed and involved. The questions about where you live/work, and personal information (such as race, gender, age, income, etc.) are asked only to ensure a representative sample of people from the neighborhood take the survey. It will not be used for any other purposes.
We request that you complete this survey by March 31, 2023. If you need a paper copy, you can pick them up and drop them off at:
