Expression of interest: Patients Association Operational Review |
The Patients Association is reviewing how it engages with and supports patients to make sure we are reaching and hearing from as many patients and public as possible. To help us do this, we are working with a small organisation called White Tail.
The focus group will be run by White Tail and will be taking place on Thursday 16th July from 6.30-8.30pm.
The focus group will take place online via MS Teams. A link to the teams meeting will be emailed to you by White Tail, so you don’t need to download any apps. As a thank you for your time, participants will be offered an £80 voucher.
If you wish to take part in our focus group, please provide your name, contact information and demographic data using this form.
This is an expression of interest form. This means you are letting us know you are interested in taking part in this work and sharing your experiences and ideas in our project, but does not guarantee you will be chosen to join.
The information you provide will be shared with White Tail, who will use it with us for the purpose of selecting the focus group. All the information provided will be stored securely and confidentially by both the Patients Association and White Tail in line with the Patients Association’s data privacy policy and in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulations (UK GDPR). Your name and personal details will not be shared with any third party other than White Tail. White Tail will use your information solely for the purpose of selecting and delivering this focus group, and will securely delete your information as soon as they no longer need it for delivering this project.
When we have made the selection, we will contact you to confirm whether you will be taking part in the focus group or not.
If you are not chosen this time, please do not feel disheartened!
We carefully choose patients for all our work to ensure that we have a diverse representation that covers a wide range of experiences and backgrounds. We can only choose a small number of people, but we have many other opportunities you can get involved in.
We would love you to sign up as a free Patients Association member, if you are not already, and you can do so on our website here.
