How to complete the consultation

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback on the proposed amendments to the Standards for the Operation of Licensed Pharmacies (SOLP).

Instructions
  1. Before you begin providing feedback, please open the document detailing the proposed amendments in a new browser window, as you may need to refer back to it while providing your feedback.
  2. There is a page for each domain in the SOLP, and a comment field for each topic where changes have been proposed. Remember that this consultation only covers the proposed changes, and comments on unchanged domains, topics, or standards will not be considered at this time.
  3. You may go back and edit your responses, or pause, save, and resume your feedback. However, only one user can provide and submit finalized feedback per device (e.g., computer, laptop, tablet, or mobile phone):
    • To go back and edit your feedback, click the “Prev” and “Next” buttons to navigate forwards and backwards through the online form. You will you not lose any progress already completed.
    • To pause your progress and resume at a later date, simply exit the feedback form. Do not clear your cache or cookies, or reset your browser. To resume, open the survey again from the same device that you started on.
  4. To ensure your responses are saved, DO NOT clear your cache browser history until such time you have completed and submitted your feedback.
  5. To submit your finalized comments to ACP, click the "Finish and Submit" button at the very end of the online form. If you have more comments, please feel free to email us.
