The Town of Dedham is developing a Facilities Master Plan to help guide long-term decisions about public buildings and properties. This includes schools, Town offices, public safety buildings, libraries, recreation facilities, public works buildings, community spaces, and other municipal spaces.

This survey is more in-depth than a typical questionnaire because it looks at a wide range of facilities and the long-term decisions that shape how they serve the community. Your input will play an important role in helping us understand priorities, identify needs, and reflect community values as we plan for future repairs, improvements, and investments.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts. As a thank you, you’ll have the option to enter a gift card raffle at the end of the survey by providing your email address.
