Izzy's Way Community Insights Survey

Understanding Everyday Barriers, Inclusion, and Quiet Discrimination Experienced by Disabled People and Families

About This Survey

Izzy’s Way is a community-led campaign seeking to better understand the everyday experiences of disabled people, carers, parents, and families within our local communities In and around Cumbria.

This survey explores experiences of accessibility, inclusion, attitudes towards disability, and the subtle forms of discrimination that can affect daily life. The information gathered will help identify recurring barriers, improve understanding, and support constructive conversations with local organisations, services, and decision-makers.

The survey is anonymous unless you choose to provide your contact details. If you are answering this survey on behalf of someone or as a carer, "you" refers to the individual living with disability/additional needs.
