Mentee Application - Professional Mentorship Program

VersaFi’s Mentorship Program has supported more than 1,000 women in finance by providing access to meaningful, structured mentorship relationships.

This 12-month program pairs women mentees with mentors from outside their firm. With the support and guidance of a mentor, mentees set career goals, explore strategies to overcome challenges, gain valuable knowledge and insights, and expand their professional networks. For mentors, the program is equally rewarding—offering the opportunity to coach, motivate, and empower while advancing diversity and inclusion by helping women and gender-diverse future leaders succeed.

Important: Before applying, please review the program eligibility criteria available on the VersaFi website. The program is open to participants across North America.
