World Endometriosis Organisations: Project Survey

Thank you for considering taking part in this survey. This survey is being done in collaboration with the World Health Organization, the findings from this survey will contribute to the development of global WHO endometriosis guidelines.
This survey asks about experiences of endometriosis, including diagnosis, treatment, access to care, what matters most to you, and how endometriosis may affect daily life. The purpose is to better understand peoples experiences, values, preferences, and priorities so that future care, policy, and guidance can better reflect what matters to those affected.
Everyone is first asked to complete a short main section. After that, you will see some extra questions about different parts of your journey. These extra questions help build a fuller picture of peoples experiences, and you can choose how many of these sections you would like to answer.
The main section should take around 10 to 15 minutes. If you choose to continue with the extra sections, the survey may take longer depending on how many you answer. This survey is being conducted by World Endometriosis Organisations, to better understand people's experiences of endometriosis and help inform future care, policy, and guidance.
