As a reward for your time you will be entered into our prize draw to win a £75 shopping voucher. For entry into the prize draw, we’ll ask for your email address as a way of contacting the winner, but we will not share this outside of Netmums. Everyone who participates in the survey and leaves an email address will be entered into the prize draw. The draw closes on the 22nd September and the winner will be selected at random.
