Thank you for participating in the 2026 Town of Onoway Public Satisfaction Survey. This is our third consecutive year gathering resident feedback on Town operations. We're excited by the impact the process has had already on how we serve the community. Completing this process annually means we can identify changes in local needs on an ongoing basis, making the Town more responsive to you, our community.

This survey is designed to help us gain deeper insight into how residents feel about current service delivery, and other areas of public impact, from your municipal government. We anticipate this survey to take just 10 minutes. Engagement results will be shared with Town Council, and across Town Administration as we work towards creating Budget 2027.

Before completing this survey, we ask that you please review the following information that provides relevant context for this survey.

OUR CURRENT SITUATION
The Town of Onoway offers a variety of services for residents, which are outlined below, versus those offered by other levels of government:

Question Title

Through this survey, we'll look at how well Town services are meeting your needs, and where your local priorities land to help drive our community's strategic direction.

We also believe it's important to be realistic about some of the challenges we face, including funding changes from other orders of government, which have resulted in significant increases in our policing costs, for example. It is critical that we look at all inputs and priorities to determine how to move forward sustainably, and your participation in this survey is an important piece of that puzzle.

Your opinion matters. Thank you for being engaged.
