Stakeholder Consensus Building Survey for Purpose & Beliefs of Public Education in Ohio

A group of superintendents throughout the State of Ohio gathered to create a statement of purpose and a set of beliefs in order to re-envision what public education in Ohio could and should be. These statements represent a first draft and in order to develop them further, we would like your feedback.

Your feedback will be used to further "sand the edges" and edit the statements to create a more finished product. At that time, we will again ask for your feedback so that the purpose and belief statements can be finalized. Once consensus has been built for the purpose and beliefs, the intent is to begin to work with Ohio's elected officials to align Ohio educational policies with what has been reported by the local communities. A high quality public education system throughout Ohio is critical and we need your help in identifying the common threads that bind us together.

We appreciate your time and insight.
