Town of Oakville Parks, Recreation and Library Facilities Master Plan

Introduction

The Town of Oakville and Oakville Public Library are preparing a master plan to identify current and future priorities for parks, recreation and library facilities. We would like to get a better understanding of what is important to you when it comes to the services provided in these spaces.

Instructions:

This survey will be available until May 31, 2023 and should take about 15 minutes to complete.
Only one submission per person is permitted. You are encouraged to consider all members of your household while answering the questions.
Your participation in this survey is voluntary, and if you decide not to participate, you may withdraw from this survey at any time.
All responses will be kept confidential and will be reproduced in summary form only.

Note: Personal information captured in this survey is collected under the Municipal Act for the purpose of gathering feedback to help support the development of the town's Parks, Recreation and Library Facilities Master Plan. Your responses will not be distributed to any external sources and will only be used by the study team.
