About this survey (New York State only)

This is an invitation to reimagine systems of care in New York State. So much has happened in the world since the beginning of 2020. Most of us can identify with a need for healing at the personal, community, state, national and global level. Let's take a moment to imagine:
What if New York was the Center of Healing for the World?
What would that look like?
What would be different from the way things are now?
This survey is about discovering what people who live or work in New York State find most healing.

Participation is voluntary and your responses will be anonymous unless otherwise specified. The data from the survey will be shared with OMH and OASAS leadership and members of the training huddle. The goal is to provide training and technical assistance and resources that support people in ways that they find most healing.
Whether you are a current or former participant in a New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH) or Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASAS) program, a family member, provider of services, peer specialist, recovery peer advocate, ally, trainer, researcher, administrator, coordinator, member of the community, or otherwise involved in one of the systems of care in New York State, let us know what helps and what gets in the way of creating a greater sense of healing in the world today.
