Survey responses are anonymous. Data is being aggregated and distilled by an external vendor. Individual survey responses and raw response data will not be distributed to the membership or shared publicly.
OMHS intends to share a summary of aggregated survey results and key themes with members. Representative comments may be shared with the Board and/or members to help illustrate common questions, concerns, or suggestions. Any comments shared will be presented without attribution and with identifying details removed when reasonably possible.
