This survey provides advisory input to the Board and is not a public vote. Responses are considered public testimony, so anonymous feedback cannot be included.

You are invited to attend the He Kūkākūkā Talk Story with the OHA Administrator/CEO Finalist Community event on Thursday, October 15, from 4:45 to 6:45p . Following the event, you will have another opportunity to provide feedback based on what you learn and hear from the finalist.
The post-event feedback period will close on Friday, October 16, at 12:00 PM.
