Thank you for your interest in attending AAPD’s Alumni Network Regional Gathering: Washington DC.

The 2026 DC Alumni Network Regional Gathering dates and times are below:
  • Friday, November 6, 5:00pm-7:30pm: Welcome Reception
  • Saturday, November 7, 2026, 9:00am-5:00pm, inclusive of breaks and meals
  • End Date and Time: Sunday, November 8, 2026, 9:00am-12:00pm, farewell breakfast and activities
Location: Washington Marriott Capitol Hill, 175 L Street NE, Washington, DC 20002

Registration Deadlines:
If you are requesting financial aid, you can request it and register for the event no later than Sunday, September 13 at 3AM ET. If you are not registering for financial assistance you have until Wednesday, September 30 at 3AM ET to register for the event.

Registration may close sooner if we reach capacity.

To maximize community-building, we are prioritizing alumni who are available to attend all day Saturday and Sunday events.

Please note: AAPD Disability Power on the Hill Day and REV-UP participants are not included as part of AAPD's Alumni Network and are not eligible to register for this event. Financial Assistance: AAPD has limited financial assistance funds available for this event. The Washington DC gathering is designed specifically to connect our alumni community on the East Coast. As such, priority registration for financial assistance will be given to alumni currently residing on the East Coast who can attend all day Saturday and Sunday. If you would like to apply, please fill out the financial assistance questions located later in this registration form. We are planning a West Coast Alumni Gathering in 2027 for those who cannot attend this year’s event!
