Data Protection
The information you provide will not be used in any way other than to calculate the mode share of employees (what percentage of people use which type of transport) and to identify opportunities to improve sustainable transport options for employees. The information will not be used to identify you unless you have chosen to be contacted by us. The data collected in this survey will be used exclusively by Northshore Development Partnerships Limited and the Travel Plan Coordinator (Stantec UK Limited) to prepare a monitoring report for submission to Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council. Electronic copies of surveys will be deleted by 31 March 2027.
Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
The prize draw (the "Prize Draw") is open to people aged 18 and over who provide their email addresses when prompted to. Entrants into the Prize Draw shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions and are eligible to claim any prize you may win. The closing date of the Prize Draw is the same as the closing date of the survey. Entries received outside this time period will not be considered. One winner will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The draw will take place on 13 April 2026 and the winner will be contacted via email.
