The City of Norfolk is in the process of developing an Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice (AI) and Consolidated Plan that will establish community goals and guide resource allocations, pursuant to HUD requirements. The Plans will cover the program years of 2026-2030. We invite you to assist the City in establishing community needs and priorities to help guide future programs and investments.
