Introduction
In 2024, the Army Families Federation (AFF), together with the Naval Families Federation (NFF) and the Royal Air Force Families Federation (RAFFF), carried out a questionnaire to better understand the unique immigration challenges faced by non-UK serving personnel, veterans, and their families.
We are now repeating this questionnaire in 2026 to explore what, if anything, has changed. We want to identify and understand the ongoing difficulties experienced by non-UK serving personnel, veterans, and their family members when accessing clear, accurate, and relevant information about UK visa and immigration policies and procedures.
We welcome responses from all non-UK serving personnel, veterans, and their family members who are not British by birth.
